If you come from Supreme Commander or Forged Alliance, most of Petalwar will feel familiar. Here is what maps to what:

The big difference is scale: three factions of a few dozen vehicles, aircraft and ships instead of hundreds of units, and a win condition you can see from the first minute. We explain why in our story.
